A satisfied will tell4 persons about my product BUT a dissatisfied customer will tell40. We need to look at it from the positive angle as well as negative. Recommendations are sure to come through from a satisfied customer. An advertisement which you have not paid for. Conversely a dissatisfied customer will tell40 other people because sharing pain is basic human nature.

Hence a good after sales support is ABSOLUTELY necessary inany organisation.
