Today, if we talk material benefits are very Important . They are pleasures but are time bound & it would fade in no time and you would talk about next & next ....and it would never end because its a visicious Cycle .

We, should no our Reality / Our Knowledge / Our Education / Our Capabilities / Our Backing / Our Secured Future / Our .......and then go on these lines. This is a line which is a never ending road , which would always take us to higher heights but chance of100 % fall to ground with a bang .

We, should see & compare our Internal Situation and see ourselves without comparing with the outside world and material things .....this road is a properly lighted slow and steady road to success with contended behaviourial signs .

Well it depends on the type of leadership some are transaction type short term/ transformational type long term  the first type are not welcomed in organisations looking for stability/ transformational are long term people that from them innovation/creativity and ownership comes they are satisfied by additional responsibilities which will lead them to promotions and success. Transactional leaders are motivated by money they know how to through the monkey, but in reality they are not successful to face challenges. 

In any profession reward and achievements should match to preferred industry standards whether it is in personal life, career development  or work place job satisfaction.  For this apart from employer contributions personal discipline also plays a prominent role to support the welfare and professional status.

Inner peace is the most important feeling one can experience in life. It is not particularly for inner job satisfaction.

Having a respectable car to reflect your position, character and success within an organisation amongst colleagues and external stakeholders. Living in a luxurious apartment provides inner satisfaction of capability and hard work. Sometimes in our unconscious parts of our minds we all dream of having those materialistic objects because psychologically they make you believe you're important and respected amongst the society you live in. The most important thing not forgetting who you are and where you've come and stay humble and modest no matter what you have.
