Assign IP Address of MicroLogix1100 using BOOTP.

Add the Ethernet Driver in RS LInx.

You will see the node of Micrologix there.

From there you can easily download/Upload the logic.

first through Display you shoud set Manually ethernet IP for access.then you can connect it through PG/PC.
