by :1- specify the job scob for the ordinary employee, and avoid evolving him in the highest management problems2- specify for the high management what is the requirements are needed for doing jobs, avoid evolving them in working level problems

I think that high moral values pay rich dividends for development of reputations. However it has to be a blend of High moral values coupled with a professional approach and a par excellence knowledge of your assignment that creates respect for you in the hearts and minds of people sitting above and working below you. Nevertheless my military back ground taught me that standing by your superiors and subordinates at a time of need, difficulty and challenge can single-handedly earn one the respect that all so dearly desire.
