ان كان يجوز للصادر لصالحه حكم التحكيم ان يتظلم من الامر الصادر برفض تنفيذ حكم التحكيم فهل يجوز للصادر ضده الحكم التظلم من الامر بتنفيذالحكم التحكيمى ؟

ولا يجوز التظلم من الأمر الصادر بتنفيذ حكم التحكيم أما الأمر الصادر برفض التنفيذ فيجوز التظلم منه إلي المحكمة المختصة خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ صدوره .و على ذلك للصادر ضده حكم التحكيم التظلم من الامر بتنفيذ الحكم التحكيمى حتى و لو كان قد أقام دعوى بطلان الحكم

الامر الصادر بالتنفيذ لا يجوز التظلم منه

الامر الصادر بإيقاف التنفيذ يتظلم منه الى المحكمة خلال مدة30 يوم
