What are the steps of procedure you follow when a pump with 3 phase induction motor not works due to electrical fault?

Hello , First of all We should notify the head of depart that the system is not working and we need to test for fault finding, We then wait for authorisation, We proceed after authorisation to check incoming voltage , then after circuit breaker , after contactor relay or starter and overload if ok .Checking if all phases has voltage,check earthing, We then check disconnecting the motor for continuity on winding , further we check if is ground.We process a megger test on live and earth terminal to isolation ,We then finalise after test if installation faulty or motor is faulty.We then report accordingly to Head department about issue by a report and We preplanned for corrective intervention for this issues
