<p><strong>i had a deep thoughts about this over and over...and Why is that? Simply because employers are biased against the unemployed or lack of experience? Or is there something else going on?.</strong></p>

That's because the employer thinks you are such an idiot or a loser. No more no less. Personally, you need to use your middle finger a lot of times nowadays.
