If you are able to communicate well about your product and service to your customer,and customer is able to understand then you have done right marketing whatever tool you are using the crux is whether you have been able to make customer understand your product then you are done.

Your Smile, Humbleness, Honesty with Effective and Elegant Communication would be a Best Marketing Tool. It just wont make the Customer Satisfaction rather make a "Customer Delight"

I think here are dozens of marketing tools that we can use  to monitor our own performance. BUT I like to prefer "ad monitoring tools"

Do we want to know where our competitors are advertising so we can do the same?

Would we like to know which keywords they are targeting? If we want to troubleshoot your PPC and display ads, this set of tools will help us.
