Why do the Freshers are Not Getting JoB eventhough they are trying alot ... One thing even company CEO is also one day fresher is it wrong?

Fresh graduate are still need experience; even if they got a well education in the field and many of projects to got trained but it still under academic umbrella, knowledge comes under supervision of educator and he does it may for marks and to be graduated. perspective totally changed in the market.

According to me I have seen freshers with lots of expectations. Like they want to work for big brand, huge salary etc. To learn and gain experience I would always prefer to start with small companies where you learn a lot in terms of technology, personal development.

in short, I should be ready to work without any expectation.,

in Web design field the freshers or seniors not the meter for them to start or not, the inspired ideas, deep vision and open mind is the main meter, i always welcome the open mind even they don't know anything, believe me to be creative is the most thing you need as that missed by many seniors.

Guys when I started my career I have same problem but I realize that at that moment we are expecting too much from the job market I think it's right because we do complete our education with too much hard work and we expect that we get best job and salary etc but reality in the market is quite different from our expectations and we have to do some efforts to get the right job. Their are many companies that looking for Fresh graduates to hire, so keep trying to find right job for you.
