The number one customer of employees is employer. What is your opinion?

No way, there is no any customer relationship.

Let us consider yes then what happened. 

 

What is your opinion about a sales man, who will be his customer, his employer or Purchaser. 

Then who is customer here.

My Boss told me " employees are our customers".

I think that above two relation are different if not then no need of studying management,  marketing will be enough. 

 

Being on the same side the  employee is an extension of the employer,i really don't see how an employee can consider his employer a customer.

An employee must consider his employer the provider of professional and personal growth and must consider citizenship to the company.

The employer provides the platform , support ,financial assistance and guidance that enable the employee to excel and bring prosperity to the company and to himself while positively growing with the company.

 

True in the sense that my customer is the (entity) that I work for, deliver services to, and get paid by !

The customer is key in business,if you cant satisfy your employer who gave you an opportunity by doing your best  then you can not satisfy those you see newly everyday. they say charity begins from home.in this case the employer is the customer because he too needs satisfaction which is to see you the employee put in your best.it should be noted that what customers want is satisfaction and when they can not get this they turn to leave never to return

What brings the highest profit for the company?

 

Its100% sure, no doubt about it.

It shouldn't be. but the atmosphere may force such culture  

I think no,,,for being employees and employer should be balanced no one can put high if you always put on your mind the position you had i assure you nobody will succed in any field of business

The employees who offer the best service in return for the compensation they get, and there by the benefit and result of their work is a concern for the employer who made investments relying on the capacity of the employees.
