Explain the difference between business objectives and tactics?

Objectives - Plan achievement of business goal.

Tactics - Collection and synthesis of methods and procedures which are the easiest and most appropriate way to accomplish the goals.

Business Objectives pre defined and pre-set for the achievement of Goals, whereas Tactics are those which are changed from time to time according to the situation to cover up a potential problem so that the Objectives are full filled  smoothly, tactics are the lubricants for business objectives.

business objectives : its made before and planing from management after gathering information and anlysis this info.

tactics: its like reaction in a different situation out side the plan map before

 

Objectives: Preset plan according to business goal.

Tactics: Intellectual knowledge helps to achieve the business objectives.

Simply we can assume that objectives are the goals which we have to gain and the ways which we implement  to reach our milestones are known as tactics. One more thing objectives are not changeable or they do not get change frequently but tactics are planned as per the situations and circumstances.

Business objective is the ultimate goal of the company and tactics is the method to achieve the objective.
