Dear, How can every organization in the world and every department in the organization can find a leader to be placed as manager.

Leaders are very prominent and actually you can only find a few in hundreds. But yup you can search for experience and if this experience is in both terms as in the field and in the human management as well, then one can be a good manager.

To be a good manager, one should initiate the task and deligate the responsibility with authority and appreciate the goods, while cover the bads and educate and train for better results,, off-course this is a tough and difficult task but to be a good manager, one has to go through this task. As "PARADISE lies behind the curtain of DEATH".

both leadership & experience are the answer, just knowing that they characterise the person as manager, but I would add another thing " patience', to lead people you need patience, wit,  strong personality and long experience.

A good manager can be a person who has risen from the scratch. The points can be defines as, (1) good communication skills, (2) good analytical skills, (3) Ability to undesrtand his/her subordinates and the management. The manager is actually a bridge between the management and the employer. He has to be a team player and they should Respect you,not fear your position that you are the manager, but should stand for you. I can see that if these things are there in you then you can be the one who your subordinates will stand for.
