We need to check ;pipe segments number of fittings,hanger ,visual inspections of weldings , valve type ( body pressure releaf,bypass...),cold loading of spring hangers,bias erections of hanger.

Hi Ahmed,

Followings are need to be checked at first place

Length of pipe segments, number of fittings & possitions
Gradient of the pipe line
Visual inspections of weldings
Valve type & accessaris as per designers recomendation (ex. Body pressure releaf, bypass etc)
Hanger/Support type
Bias erections of hanger/supports
Cold loading of spring hangers(gaging pin shall be there until pressure test is carriedout)
Possible future Interference to surrounding during operation
