How can you describe the best time of day to write?

I don't follow any pattern.  I write anytime a thought comes to my mind, even if it means getting up at the wee hours of the night.

Writing is a very serious affair and needs composure, concentration and no disturbance. Any time you can get these things togetrher..........is the time to write:)-
