How do you feel about age differences between teachers and Students?

Usually, people from  different age groups, interact successfully with each other, teachers are no exception.

Psychologically students expect older teachers. It's natural and they are more satisfied with their performance. 

Now the trend in education is changed and students can find younger teachers, especially at University level. Here comes the role of "Teaching skills". If the teacher is competent he'll not lose the confidence of his students by showing excellent performance. Otherwise........we used to hear occasionally that a teacher was removed due to agitation of his students, etc.
