What makes us better listeners of native English?

I'm not quite sure that I understand the question Ijaz. Are you asking what encourages us to listen to Native English or are you asking what "outlet" of Native English would be the best for us to listen to???

I may have it wrong but the answer to my interpretation of the question would be: "Motivation"! If we really want to learn Native English then we will listen very carefully to it whenever we get the opportunity.
