@ the last company i worked for was
Base salary +10% (in direct sales) +5% (sales by my team members)
However the sales was so difficult and the result was not so good. because of wrong pricing strategies!
No sales commission. Guidlines based on company chart.
If you bring a customer all other dept are going to work to satisfy this one !
So why you'll have a commission alone? .
