A project without monitoring and controlling results in?

May result in deviation in Cost, Scope and Schedule baselines as well as result in poor quality of deliverable..

Would result into a new unacceptable project!

Well in project management process monitoring and controlling are the essential parts, i believe a project without proactive planning is fail, therefore project result will be horrible, waste of time and energy at the end.

Results in catastrophe, people dying, people arrested and people crying. 

It will impact brand image because of unsatisfied customerdelivery timelines will be affected, Budget may shoot up.Because of last moment rush internal team conflict may happen.

in simple terms "Disaster"

A TRAIN WITH500 PEOPLE ON THE BOARD ,,, NO DRIVER , NO BRAKES ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, JUST PRAY ON THE SITUATION,,, SOON THEY WILL MEET A BIG DISASATOR ,,,, 

Project can not be completed as per agreed time

Quality of work can not be maintained

Organization reputation  will spoil

Conflicts between employees may rise

Cost Escalations--Delay in completion of the project....

But Nobody will take such a chance.

Will result to over cost and failure too.
