Strategy means long-term plans of any organization.

Financial management is broadly define as the management of all processes associated with the effective aciquisition and deployement of both short-term and long-term financial resources.

THe management of an organization generally involves three interelating and overlapping roles i.e. strategic management, risk management and operation management. Strategical financial management support these roles to enable mangement to achieve financial long-term financial objectives of share holders, lenders and employees by managing, assets, liabilities, revenues, profitibility and cash flows.
