Body language is the mirror reflection of a personality. If Manager knows about his job, he will show a bold look, his speaking, explaining, eye interaction, discussions will be confident compare to that manager who wants to hide himself in one corner with doubtful thought and hold with difficultly the heavy bundle of confusion which make his mind painful, finding the solution like searching for a small needle in a dark street with broken eyeglasses. The more confident a person the more active, and impressive personality will shine from his body.
