This is the case where solid fired boiler producing steam is cheaper compared to oil fired boiler.Stopping the solid fired boiler will cost the company about USD1000 per hour until production line restarted which would take about4 hours for one stoppage.

1)Improper combution,3 T (Time Temperature Turbulance) is not proper.

2) Excessive Heat loss.

3)ESP Efficiency will be lower,As well as ID Fan blade got errotion.
