Why do some companies want to hire only fresh graduates?

This is just like you working in the Early Morning hours:

1. Clear Mind  2. Work for Self and will be hardwork3. Since it is work for you your expectation is only the future career  4. Spirit and enthusiasm to come up and learn  5. Not much aware of at what cost you desire.6. Initial stages their opportunity get restricted for want of experience  7. Financial liabilities on account of their Education, they want to enter quickly in a job  8. Nearby jobs they prefer, they will show some resistance to depart from the atmosphere they live.    9. Still unemployment problem is global phenomina...................................(BUT EXEMPTIONS ARE MANY IN NUMBER: THEY WILL ALWAYS BE SELECTIVE AND CHOOSY UNDER ANY GIVEN CIRCUMSTANCES) The valuable reasons given above Value Much and it came from the expert in this field

1. Minimize the bottom level cost.

2. Hard worker.

3. Sincer and deticated to the work.

4. Career opportunity for new talents

It depends on the size of the company & resources available. A large company would be able to take on people without much experience & train them the way they want them, but a small company may need everybody to be able to hit the ground running.
