Is Sales a born-with talent? Or is it something that you can learn?

Good evening. In my opinion, in real world nothing is like born talent. In every profession the person has to take interest, hard efforts and learn from his past mistakes. The only think need is to take initiative and risk. Also, the person has to be so mentally strong to stand against next challenge after recent failure. Talent is nothing but just aspiration and focus, it is like shaping the clay (your passion) with you own efforts to make beautiful pot from it.

Indeed few peoples have born skills but sales is something you can learn and can be very good sales person if learn and utilize the skills properly

Everybody is born with certain sales skills and those are not enough when you cater for the needs of today's businesses.  He has to learn even to polish those skills which he has naturally.  He has to take the help of Psychology, Statistics, Demographics, Salesmanship and many other subject in order to become a real good Sales Person.

Selling skills is to be learned and practiced. it does not come by birth. 

Sales is something you can learn, first of all by learning and watching the experienced persons, and for sure by self learning.
