As an event organizer, difficult clients is the norm, I find it hard to tell them that they are wrong as you may all know the client is always right?

Well! we need the client to be relaxed and brief on the whole situation again and then accordingly explain what are the end results based on the opinion of the client and yours and finally leave the final judgement to them to compare the different end results and finally take a call.

First of all is I will make the client calm first. I will ask first his/her concern/complaint. After that I will explain to him/her the issue clearly and afterwards ask him/her if I explained it clearly and do they have any more question.
