Actually, customer service experience is never stop.
Customers need to be given excellent services which is started from great welcome and services then make them satisfied and welcome them back.
It is spinning in this circle.

Customer experience starts, the moment he sees your company name, the first time he calls your front desk, the first time he receives a mail from your end, the first time he visit your office ...
and so on.
Theoretically, ### customer experience never stops ###.
There were impressions on the mind of the customer, and they will remain forever, and it is up to the customer, anytime he can bring that experience alive, just by talking about you, in positive or negative way.
Even if he is not talking, he is processing the experience in his mind.

Customer experience - all in the words.
Never stops.
Experience is all about doing, learning, redoing, relearning skills to keep improving the customer's time with your service.

Customer Service - A Feeling of goodness with out touching

Customer Service must be self starter musn't be depended on time / place.

A smile on the customer face is the begining of Customer Service and a person in this industry will never want to end it.

Good luck

If companies keep selling , if there is good market , then there are many customers so if sales and marketing wont stop , then demand will not stop neither will supply , so untill there is money, need and  other factors to buy products and services untill that you have customers and then it wont stop so its a ongoing process which will not stop

I suppose the point just the leads become prospects and are added to your prospects contact list and ends by the time after sales process is completed.
