Internships are essential for any profession in the market,wether it was engineering,medical,law,etc... but the key to a succesful one is the place or company the trainee enrolls in ... Lets take for example engineering ... if the trainee did his interships in a small local firm , where most of the projects are small , he or she won't benefit as much as they would if they did it in a large company having large scale projects ... so everyone should pay attention to this point !
From my point of veiw he / she must be (( Patient Enough )) as he / she face a lot of heat either internal or external from a lot of related parties.
