What is most important to you gain money or gain experience and why?

For me , Experience is priceless !! and to get money you have to have enough experience to apply for high positions in engineering companies . Everyone starts small,for example an engineer in a small local engineering firm , and once he gets some experience , he should apply for larger companies having large scale projects and so on until he reaches his goas and starts gaining enough money
