Why do we need skills development strategy?

It is the gate of assessment of performance to staff and business development to assure the continual improvement progress and rise the skills of professional.

I fully agreed with Mr. Saei

because it is necessary to have an overview of the whole company current position and its current aspirations and the skills are here to help attain these aspirations in the future.

Explain to the short-term plan and determine the actual needs of some jobs and take advantage of them through promotions and that helps the survival of the employee and give what I have to focus on the skills utilized for the function of the planned work.

A skills development strategy is very important, as this is an in-depth study of what skills are needed in the organization or sector or country, and how we are going to close that gaps to ensure that the skills are gained and the organization, sector or country can benefit.
