Provide an example of where you had to deal with an angry colleague about work and explain how you resolved the issue.

I have not yet faced the issue like this but i anyone faced than Mention it to the offender, and keep cool about it.  Don't take it personally, at all.  Try to sort it out at the lowest level, you and the offender.
