with respect to the word laon is categorized because credit cards are also in that diversifcation.
so the answer is yes.
due to credit cards are used only to complete some loaning services.
but due to other loan services like housing loan and cars loans or even personal loans the subscriber should be interviewed face to face in order to take a good decision about the client.

Approval and disbursement of loan is a part of service. Delivering loan or recieving loan using online service is another additional service, such as Credit card using ATM, POS, and fund transfer etc.
