What the ERP software? Did he add value to Projects Management?

ERP is a vital organizational tool, which integrates and track various business resources like cash, raw material, manufacturing status, due date, pay roll etc, which is essentially important to manage projects. So I can safely say it adds value to Projects Management

ERP is the most populat solution for integrating functional/departmental applications (Finance, HR, Operations, Logistics, distribution, ...etc)  with prime solution providers including SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft , ... etc As for its relation with Project Management, ...  well !! You need project management to implement ERP but not vice versa 

All enterprises/businesses need to plan their resources in such a way, as to achieve the maximum amount of productivity with the best return on the investments of the shareholders. The bigger the enterprise the more intricate the management can become, and for this reason an enterprise needs an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). 

ERP software is designed to manage the businesses external affairs and internal affairs even it helps in operation inside and outside the company.. ERP software includes all the applications to help the project managers. It also helps project managers to make the connections between the company and the clients. ERP Software helps project managers how to manage the Enterprise resource planning, how to control the cost risk and implementation to get maximum benefit.

The most important characteristic of software for enterprise resource planning systems It is operating as a unified system integrated (Integrated system), and relate with each other as a unit in all divisions and departments of the institution or facility. The previous automated systems they do not work as a unified system, each managing is  independent about its administration neighbors, and begins and ends the system works in the same department, can not connect, communicate and integrate with the rest of the sections and departments of the company.

ERP software is the best tool to manage the small and large organizations business. Large businesses have the experience of maintaining and doing day to day business process. Mostly companies even handle the business process even on hours.

ERP Software is a system which practically informs the companies Hierarchy with external and internal information system. The main purpose behind ERP software is to create a continuous flow of information between the different departments inside each organization and out of the organization for business helps and also in corporate culture.

ERP software operates in real time. This means that if management in the accounting departments captures anything or enter a general entry in the system, it would immediately and easily be accessible who has access to the system. – Consistency is after all what these systems are all about.

ERP Software generally modified to suit different customer requirements, but the overall aim of this type of software is the same: To make each business steps to be performed in the most effective way possible.

ERP is the total business/ entrleprise solution which can trigger number issue ranging from financial to human resources. It is a complete package for a number of entreprises requirements. The oracle ERP is the best for large entreprises but there are others solution like Oranion, SAP etc. Simply it integrate all business processes.
