What's the difference between the contract & job offer?

Bassam I answered this as a "comment" on another question, I hope you read it, apologies.

A contract may include certain terms for you to agree to accept that job offer. hence you sign a written agreement. it may include terms of Resign /Termination etc.

whereas in a simple job offer u may not bound to agree all terms or sign a written agreement.
