How do we encourage the organization from Training to Learning?

It will be easy to convince ISO9001 certified organisation to adopt the learning approch as it matches with 

the continual improvement required policy.  

The intern to do to apply what has been training him through explanation or training for deployment around him and take advantage Note on around him and the positive results of the administration

 I think if they like training and they find its benefits and fell they are changed and there skills developed

they will search for learning 

we do so by proving the importance of long term solution of the stakeholders.
