PATIENCE ........ THINKING HOW EMPTY STOMACH WORK ??? OBEDIENCE.......
"God made the wisdom in the empty stomach." a popular saying I agree with, personally I noticed while fasting you do think clearer.
Fasting employees don't have to arrange their lunch, or time for cigarette. So, when you don't have a meal or even a glass of water to think about having it; this would give you some extra time to be more focused on your job and performance along with being wisdom as I mentioned earlier.
Although; some people are weak while fasting; without their cigarette, cup of coffee, water and those who have especial need to have something during the day; such like kidney patients, who have to keep on drinking water.
But, as I am one of them (not a serious disease I just have to keep on drinking water; in order not to have a serious one.) Those can make it as a challenge for them; trying to make it through the day as better as they can be, and remember that fasting does have its benefits on our health; that's why god asked us to fast. And imagine your feeling when you win the challenge against yourself; it would be the best.
And still; those were problems about the body not the mind, even though; some people use to say: "I can't start thinking or focus without my cup of tea," for example; but I am sure that they can and they will be able to think clearer while fasting.
