As far as i can see the web hosting industry is nor very advanced yet, so companies should focus on the same strategies that early hosters in europe and the USA did. Start by hosting lots of simple websites on open source servers, or using a control pannel depending on the knowledge level. Than grow to volume and complexity over time. Clients will consume simple websites against relatively low prices. You can hosts many hundreds to thousands of these websites on one single server.

Add revenue by helping build these website. Once certain volume has been achieved you will generate enough monthly recurring revenue to invest in new services, managed hosting, cloud etc.
