What 's the best approach to restoration of electrical distribution network after fault occurrence?

The best approach is to disconnect all distribution network loads before returning the power on the main Breaker. Then start connecting loads one by one till find the defected branch. At that time the fault will occur again and you've to disconnect the faulted branch to repair it is fault.

firstly deload the whole circuit, then start loading them back , one by one  with testing lamp in order to avoid short circuit
