How do you formulate your strategy plan?

- Define your goal (vision)

- Define your competitiveness (SWOT analysis) within the target market(s) relative to your competitors

- Define how to use the results of this analysis to reach your goal(s) - Strategy formulation

- Effectively commuicate your strategy to your management team and define the strategy' success factors and the performance measures for each of them

- Get your management team to draw thier plans to implement the strategy

- Implement the plans and evaluate your strategy using the success factors performance measures

- Review the strategy (not less than annually) and modefy if required
