How can you make people use your writing as a reference? or How can you make a useful research for the individuals?

I think you must do a research first about the field you want to write about. Then you mudt know your targeted customers/readers well ;to know what might be of interest to them.

In my opinion, you can't insist people to make use of your writing or research as reference. Since there is lot of diversity in test of subject in people.  A person can be interested in clinical research where the same research will not be useful for the person who will be from finance domain since his interest will be in financial research, for example.  Yes, you can make useful a research for people. In that case, you have to be precise, clear about your research objective, methods applied and unbiased conclusion. Also your research has to be draft in such a way that there has to be cohesion and correlation. Last be not least, you must analysis the previous researchers' research on the same topic and try to find out the cause about detest. This approach will help you to improve your research quality, avoid the mistake has been done by previous researchers and  attract people's attention.
