Anyone interested in my QOA services ?

QOA (Quick Overall Assessment) service is something that I specialize in to give a quick snapview shot of the current situation (in any organization, company, or business entity) with its pros and cons, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, internal readiness/capacity/competency levels, . etc .. etc. I have been doing this service for a multitude of customers in the region and would like to extend this service to more clients who may be in need for it. QOA is - as the name indicates - QUICK i.e. takes couple weeks to couple months depending on the size of the entity to be assessed and its business model diversity QOA .. is - also as the name implies - an OVERVIEW assessment, it's not intended to go deep in any specific issue and not necessarily to provide any specific solutions to the issues discovered. Instead, the deliverable will be a proposed action plan based on identification, qualification, categorization and prioritization of the issues being identified in the entire business model ! I am looking forward for my colleagues to help extend this service to clients and organizations who may need it including start-up companies, new business initiatives, entities suffering efficiency/effectiveness issues, .. etc .. etc. Let us join efforts and share the benefits

This is NOT only a plan !! 

It is a service offering that I have conducted for several customers in the region.

The way it works is the methodology which is part of the intellectual property behind this service.

I usually give the highlights of such services in terms of "what" and "why" .. and not very much about "how-to" which is an integral part of the service itself

I have done it at corporate level for large organizations, and also at depatmental level (say for marketing and sales)  since you are in this specialization. 

The idea here is to pinpoint issues and problems prohibiting your organization from reaching its maximum potential in terms of sales, revenues, profits, market share, market penetration,, and so on so forth !This is NOT a magic solution, but a roadmap for productive and fruiful actions that will result in tangible, quantifiable and measurable improvements ... if implemented correctly and timely !!
