the pressure from angry customer and don't know anything customers also

the worse thing is that you finish your8 hour shift and while you're up and waiting for the next shift that would replaced your duty is that right then and there, she would call and ask you to take her post without prior notice and you dont have a choice.....
some telephone companies dont have reserve employee to replace one on the spot when there is emergency absence..
clients probelem can be reolve but for me this is the worst part...
