Accountant

1.      Hands on experience working on ERP

2.      Sound understanding of Financial Accounting

3.      Manage all accounting transactions

4.      Prepare budget for business units as needed

5.      Prepare draft financial statements

6.      Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closings

7.      Reconcile accounts payables and receivable payables

8.      Ensure timely bank payments

9.      Submit draft balance sheets and profit/loss statements

10.  Support Procurement on PO, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory

11.  Support AR and Accounts Receivables

12.  Audit financial transactions and documents

13.  Follow financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

14.  Comply with financial policies and regulations.
