We are seeking a Senior Sales Director who will be acting as the Country Manager in Morocco The ideal candidate to be passionate about the banking and payment industry and has a strong understanding of the market. The new incumbent will drive business efficiency and operations through innovation and project execution in Morocco. 
 


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing and be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of the industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving Diebold Nixdorf’s leadership and oversight to the Banking Account Management group while ensuring best in class customer service and account management. 


The role has broad  remit by owning the relations with Diebold Nixdorf’s senior leadership on strategic initiatives team as well as the country organization to build and deploy strategy to scale-up Diebold Nixdorf’s offering in Morocco. These include Sales and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the Diebold Nixdorf’s intellectual capital. 


Overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and coordination of the growth activities with the local teams to maximize market penetration, revenue and volume growth, and customer satisfaction. The role will require strong cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and effective stakeholder management with local teams.
