Civil Site Engineer

Arkan Al-Kuwait Real Estate company in Kuwait is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer ( immediately joining ) ( Residence Location Kuwait ) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in civil engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations.
2. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
3. Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
4. Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.
5. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
6. Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders.
7. Resolve any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise.
8. Manage and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
9. Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that the project meets the required standards.
10. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or .
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on civil engineering.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
4. Proven track record of managing and delivering successful construction projects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
8. Proficient in using construction software and tools.
9. Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes.
10. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
