Sales Development Representative - KSA

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Aumet. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our ERP system to pharmacies in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to pharmacies in KSA to introduce and promote the Aumet ERP system.
• Understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients and effectively communicate how our ERP system can benefit their business.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets by effectively conveying the value proposition of the Aumet ERP system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM software.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
• Based in Jordan with the flexibility to work remotely.
