· University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields
· Knowledge of manufacturing related processes/principles. Experience in brazing processes is preferred.
· Experience in production automation projects is preferred.
· Excellent level of English (both written and verbal)
· Strong project management and problem solving skills
· Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g. NX, Solidworks etc.)
Knowledge of SAP and Autocad
· Continuously analyzing manufacturing processes for efficiency, waste reduction and cost savings.
· Industrializing new components, collaborating with R&D and time-to-market teams for product transition.
· Investigating and resolving production issues with corrective and preventive actions.
· Supervising equipment maintenance and calibration for optimal performance and uptime.
· Assisting in production scheduling and capacity planning for on-time delivery.
Active participation in the international Home Comfort technology community.
