Happen to us are born with different characters, some of us are warmer more noble-minded, others are born with strong personalities, narcissists, people are cold, are people who can not love. are people who feel good when do bad things. So we are born. If you can notice, are children who smile to any man, are playful, and children are not smiling, it happens in adulthood. Must recognize, are different from each other. Because some people have different kind of disorders, as a sociopath, for example -Antisocial Personality Disorder.This disorder is characterized by a disregard for the feelings of others, a lack of remorse or shame, manipulative behavior, unchecked egocentricity, and the ability to lie in order to achieve one's goals.
I believe that everybody is born with a healthy and balanced emotional system. What happens afterwards, maybe from day one and onwards, is the disturbance of this balance due to one's encounter with perceived part of life experiences (not all experiences have an effect on one's psyche). This contributes to shaping one's character, also in terms of social and emotional interaction. Such disturbance of natural emotional balance may cause the increase of emotional sensitivity/awareness or the (gradual) numbing of it, sometimes as a mere defense mechanism or traumatic reaction to an event or a series of events, I believe.
But, yes, I do believe that some people may reach the level of a totally numbed down (shut down) emotional system. I believe psychopaths have such a thing as they're characterized by having total or major absence of conscience or the feeling of guilt.

I believe that each and every human beings have feelings & emotions. Even animals have feelings.
The NARCISSIST ( humans who show no feelings } is somebody who represses his feelings deeply for practical purposes and this can be for many reasons, like Hasseb khalid said: exposure to harsh environment or like Monica Fontero said : Born with different characters.
This is more a pattern of behavior
But the person who opts for NO FEELINGS lives in a very sad world devoid of emotions, isolating himself and reduced to experiencing a very dull life.
I believe that the statement "no feelings" is a wrong statement.
In psychology no one has a null value on emotions, leadership, or whatever trait of the human that you want to examine, but someone might have an extremely low register on that trait, so low that it could be seen is void, but it is still there (except in the cases of psychopaths and sociopaths).
After clearing that up, I can say that I believe it is due to personality traits that are a combination of life experiences and genetics.
