What should be the teacher's style who works with kindergarten stage?

A kindergarten teacher must be very sensitive to children's needs. There is no learning if a child is hungry, tired, ill or not being motivated by the teacher.In experience d teachers sometimes misinterpret a child's unwillingness to participate as stubbornness or bad behaviour. A Kindergarten teacher must know that a4-5 years old child needs to be active and cannot sit still on a chair for the whole day. Teacher must take her students out of the class for explorations, walks, jumping up and down etc. Careful lesson planning with interesting indoor and outdoor activities will help maintain students interest in the school.
