from my amateur point of view, with the (80/20 Principle) for clarification,

That enhances my vision into social media marketing. I would divide social media users into2 types of people:

Type1 : lets name the "Participants" who are80% of their usage is such as (tweet,

sharing, hitting LIKE button, leave comments.......etc) and the other20% is VIEWING.

Type2 : lets call them "Viewers" who are80% of their usage are just viewing with no re actions, and the other20% is PARTICIPATING.

This predictive point of view would leads us into a DIFFERENT targeted customers analysis.

To be more clear, I mean that numbers of (Likes, Tweets, Comments, Sharing,.....etc) is not the only criterion for the interested customers.

We should not neglect the VIEWERS, and your statistic ensures that.

So we MUST NOT neglect the VIEWERS from our plan and consideration.
