CVA is also Stroke. in this patient have paresis or paralysis.

In the management bassically first of all we need to give mental and moral support for his good co-operation. Physiotherapist will do passive movement and teach exercise and also give electric stimulation according to patient's condition.

a cva patient may have paresis or paralysis, depends on that we can do the management. its basically we need to give good mental support for his good co operation and based on his problem we can give primary care and later do passive and active assisted exercises and teach him hoe to prevent complications.
