Managers Control People, where as leaders guide people

Leaders would listen first before making a decision, while managers would always try to enforce

Leadership is always about "We", Management is all about "I"

Managers will count value, while leaders will create value

leaders will not be afraid to empower people, while managers would be very reluctant.
